ProShipper offers fulfillment, warehousing, shipping, and ProAdvisor consulting services. The scope of services is subject to change at our discretion.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Use our services only for lawful purposes.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Payments and Billing

  • All fees are outlined in your service agreement and must be paid as per the agreed terms.
  • Late payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
  • Any applicable taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Shipping and Fulfillment

  • ProShipper is not responsible for carrier delays, lost shipments, or customs issues beyond our control.
  • Customers must ensure all shipments comply with regulations and carrier policies.
  • Storage and fulfillment services are subject to availability and additional fees may apply.

6. Limitations of Liability

  • ProShipper is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service use.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the affected service in the past 3 months.

7. Termination and Suspension

  • We may suspend or terminate services if you violate these Terms.
  • You may cancel services with written notice, subject to any contractual obligations.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All ProShipper content, trademarks, and intellectual property remain our exclusive property.
  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without permission.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the revised effective date.
